Mentoring Success Story

At the time of taking admission I asked students what is there goal after earning a law degree. I was observing them for continues 2 semester wherein I found that they are not aligned and focused on their goals. Then I introduced implementation of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant & Time Bound) Objectives technique wherein they had asked to keep one page consisting of their SMART and follow up it for the whole semester and keep informing me about the implementation and problem faced by them which can be resolved. This was observed for one full semester i.e. 3rd Semester and outcome was delighted as they improved their CGPAs and now they are more focused on how to achieve their Goals.
